Earthquake Hits Japan Again, Fukushima Power Plant Area, Measures 7.1

Another earthquake has hit Fukushima, Japan. The earthquake measure 7.1 on the richter scale. The quake was centered about 164 kilometers (101 miles) northeast of Tokyo, according to the USGS. Residents in Tokyo felt the jolts.

Workers at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant were asked to evacuate.
