Monsoons are here. This pic was sent to us by Akhil Pratap Singh from Hardoi (Uttar Pradesh). The pic shows “Cinema Road”, one of the VIP roads of Hardoi which constitutes the main market of the city. It was taken just after half an hour of rain and showcases the quality of work by the local Government. No wonder we are never prepared for the monsoons.
