IndiaPreneurshipâ„¢ in collaboration with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) and the Entrepreneurship Cell of Faculty of Management Studies is organizing an Entrepreneurship Conclave themed on — Fueling India as a Start-up Nation. The conclave is being organized on 26th November 2011, Saturday at the SP Jain Auditorium , South Campus, Dhaula Kuan, Delhi University.
The conclave is targeted towards students who have a creative, inquisitive mind and have the dream of doing something different in the world. The power packed agenda and a panel of accomplished speakers will inspire you to achieve your dreams.
The agenda includes the following:
- Keynote Address — Don’t take jobs, Create Jobs! — Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Secretary General, FICCI
- Keynote address — Is Entrepreneurship the next big thing in India? — Mr. Pradeep Gupta
- My Story — Meet 5 successful young entrepreneurs who have been able to make a difference
- Indian Entrepreneurial Landscape : An understanding of the entrepreneurial opportunities in the Indian Market
The Entrepreneurship Fundamentals:
- How to develop your business plan
- How to get funding
- Protecting your business ideas and other legal aspects of business
This conclave strives to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs to get started on the ideation process for their ventures. While the students will get exposed to a framework to create their business plan, they will also be able to network and meet with likeminded entrepreneurs who could be potential business partners.
A number of young successful entrepreneurs are also invited for this event who will be available to share their experiences and possible serve as mentors to these budding entrepreneurs.

IndiaPreneurship is a new initiative working with business schools across the world to promote the idea of setting up ventures in India. The organization does this by showcasing the vast entrepreneurship opportunities available in the country and also providing incubation support to new ventures.
About the Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE)
The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs. There are currently 13,000 members, including over 2,500 charter members in 56 chapters across 13 countries. TiE’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship globally through mentoring, networking, and education, while generating and nurturing our next generation of entrepreneurs.
