Internfair Is Back: Internshala’s Endeavour For You To Win Internships #Opportunity

– A first-of-its-kind online contest for students, where winners will get internship offers from leading companies.
– In addition to internships, winners will also receive cash prizes worth lakhs.

India’s leading internship portal, Internshala has announced the launch of the second edition of Internfair — a series of online contests where students will get an opportunity to win internships with different companies and organizations. EADS (the parent company of Airbus), Aircel, IBM and Aviva are some of the companies that have tied up with Internshala for Internfair; they will be offering internships/trainings and cash prizes to the winners. The 2012 edition of Internfair saw participation from 5,000+ students from all over India. This year, with much bigger brands onboard, the competition is expected to be much more intense.

The month long online fair (6th Feb — 5th March) will have contests like Business Case Competition, Online Tech Quiz, Engineering contests and a Design challenge among others. Each event will have a specific set of challenges and competitions put up by the partnering organizations for students to solve and be eligible to be considered for the internship.

In order to participate, one has to log on to www.internshala.com/internfair. One can also connect with our Facebook page to know more about the contest. Students from various backgrounds like engineering, management, social sciences and design can participate.

Final winners for each event will be decided by a panel comprising of representatives from the partnering companies and Internshala.

Internshala believes that internships, if managed well, can make a positive difference to the student, to the employer, and to the society at large. In last 2 years, with help of initiatives like Internfair, Internshala has won hearts of students and employers alike. At present 150,000+ students and 1,000+ organizations use Internshala to find each other for internships.

Continuing its endeavour to provide students with best possible education and career related information, this year Youth Ki Awaaz is extending support to Internfair as Online Media Partner.
