Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Rehman Malik and Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) Member of National Assembly Dr. Ramesh Kumar Wakwani were driven out of an Islamabad-bound PIA flight from Karachi after they allegedly delayed it for around 2.5 hours. One of the passengers recorded a video which clearly shows agitated passengers speaking out against the sense of entitlement that these ‘VIP’s’ have become accustomed to. It was heartening to see most of the 250 passengers who were made to suffer mince no words in their criticism. They made it clear that they won’t take this abuse sitting down, and the two VIP’s were forced out. Here’s a lesson we can learn from this inspiring act of dissent by these people in Pakistan.
