This is what nightmares are made of. This video, in less than four minutes, summarises the essence of what humanity has become – a man, twirling and prancing around, with a curious background score that reminds one of a Tim Burton movie, killing, stomping, beheading creatures that come his way.

And this self-congratulating man, swaggers around with a shirt that says ‘welcome’ to the world that has nothing to thank him for.

This video by illustrator and animator Steve Cutts has nailed down the cruelty that humanity has inflicted on the world in the last 500,000 years in the name of civilisation.
