We all are aware that Coke harms our body but have you ever wondered what are the various steps in which it gradually breaks down your body? Much of this surrounds the excessive amount of sugar their product contains.
Consuming too much sugar leads to increased belly fat, heart failure, diabetes and even cancer. It is recommended that the average adult consumes no more than 9.5 teaspoons of sugar a day.
