Prison Uniforms Instead Of School?

The Rajya Sabha recently cleared the Juvenile Justice (Amendment) Bill which lowers the legal age of juveniles from 18 to 16 in the case of heinous crimes. Does this mean that the children’s future will see only prison uniforms instead of school uniforms?
