Juhu beach in Mumbai is a beautiful sight in the morning. You’ll find joggers, hawkers, fishermen, all going about their work just as (or even before) the first sun rays break. It’s easy to get lost (or find yourself) on the beach, but even at that time, one man stands there with a placard that’s hard to miss. Everyone on the beach has seen him, everyone at the nearest signal has seen him. His smile is one that really stays with you and the message he shares is something the world desperately needs.
He doesn’t speak a word and the best part is, he doesn’t have to. Strangers thank him and many are amazed at the simplicity, yet the power of his message – and these are simple gestures that tell him he’s doing the right thing.
