I am doing environmental films especially PSA ( Public service announcements) since 2008.

‘Armour’ is a very special film as it is for the first time that an Army is associated with such a film. I wanted to highlight this different face of the Indian Army. Eco-battalions are very important and so helpful in environmental conservation. It took me 13 months to get permissions from the Ministry of Defence and the Additional Directorate General of Public Information (ADGPI) to complete this film. It is indeed an honour that many have watched and appreciated the film. Even the Army itself has released it on their official online platforms.  All my films are children-oriented as I believe that the concept of environmental conservation can be best inculcated at a younger age. Thus I believe that my efforts will surely help to trigger the environmental conservation cause.

Promoting the planting of trees as the ‘green armour’, the video throws light on the work done by various battalions of the Army at work in India who, apart from protecting the nation, are also actively involved in conservation and preservation of nature. Check it out:
