This Adorable Short Film By Paper Boat Reminds Us To Always Have Hope

By Saswati Chatterjee:

Sometimes, all it takes is seeing from where it all starts, rather than seeing the big, shiny thing at the end. At least, that’s what seems to be the underlying message in Paper Boat’s newest video, which chronicles the journey of Hope, a little paper boat (what else?) on its way to finding ‘the Great Indian Cruise’. Animated in a style that brings to mind Pixar or even Disney, the short also seems to have taken some lessons on ‘how to tug on heartstrings’ from them.

It’s a great message of how everyone starts small and probably goes through a bit of a rough-and-tumble journey before they make it big in the real world. It’s even more poignant coming from a company like Paper Boat which is the poster boy of starting small and making it large.

As of July 2015, Paper Boat was valued at 100 million dollars and continues to be one of most successful non carbonated beverage companies out there. If anyone knows how to dream big and succeed, it’s them.
