From Shaktimaan To Comics – A 4 Minute Flashback For Every ’90s Indian Kid

By Ritansh Pandey:

16 years into the twenty-first century, things around us have changed magnanimously. Those who were born in the 90s have had a very different childhood than what children experience for childhood now.

Remember how one would dive for that coveted TV remote so that one’s (temporary) power around the house could be established? Or how a lot of time went in putting a cassette back in order after it was stuck in the music system? From Hide and Seek to Snakes and Ladders and Shaktimaan. Life was much simpler.

What defined childhood back then vs. the internet age now, is what Motorcycle Shayaries have tried to encapsulate in their new video.

The song is an interesting mix of Rock n Roll and Rap. We like to call it the ‘Rap n Roll’.

This video ought to take you on a 4-minute trip to the past.
