A better way to promote CASHLESS TRANSACTION in India

Government took a remarkable step to promote cashless transaction to control black money and insure tax payment. It’s not easy to aware every citizen about online transactions, payment options available. No doubt government has organised many workshop for universities, government officials to use cashless transactions. Apps like BHIM also launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But I think this revolution can be taken to a new level.

Youths are more attracted towards technology then feel safe and comfortable using apps and other online payment options. Every city has a minimum of two government institutes comprising a large number of students. If each of student just spent two days to go nearby town in groups and show live use of apps to people through presentations then it will promote cashless transaction a new level. Colleges committees like NCC, NSS, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, can play an important role in this awareness drive. Once people start believing in security and benefits of online transaction then only India’s dream of cashless economy becomes success.
