Practice For Mat

MBA is the most famous postgraduate course among all the graduates. Many graduates across India fights for the best MBA colleges in India. The best MBA colleges in India are IIMs who takes admissions through CAT. CAT is a tough examination and its selection ration is too low. After clearing the CAT examination the aspirant has to clear the interview of the IIM for which he had received the call. The MBA degree has become inevitable to gain growth in the private sector. It has become a key to the promotions at managerial level. Not all persons who are working can manage to clear a tough exam like CAT.

MAT for all:

The other alternative that one can go for, especially the working professionals can think of is to give the MAT exam. MAT is comparatively easier than the CAT exam and some colleges also offer MBA through correspondence for working professionals on the basis of MAT score. A good score in MAT exam can easily be scored through practicing the questions on a daily basis.

Practice more:

Practice is the key to scoring good marks in MAT exam. For practicing the questions it is very important that one should know the syllabus in detail. MAT syllabus comprises of four sections which involve Mathematical skills, Language comprehension, Intelligence and critical reasoning and the Indian and Global Environment section. Mathematical skills can be improved by practicing questions from books like Quantitative aptitude by R.S Aggarwal. Reasoning questions can be practiced by book Reasoning by R.S Aggarwal. In Indian and global environment section, questions are generally asked from current affairs. So reading the newspaper is the key here. Same is for the reading comprehension, reading a newspaper on a daily basis can be helpful in practicing comprehension.

Online Practice:

If an aspirant has less time and does not want to go with the thick books, then he can even practice various mock tests available online on sites like testfunda, eduwhere and tcyonline. It is even recommended for all the aspirants to practice online mocks. The aspirant can also read current affair capsules available for different sites.

Through practice and perseverance, one can crack the MAT exam. But, before that knowing each and everything about the exam is very important. It is advisable to explore more and more about the MAT exam.
