Most of them belong to well off families are highly qualified and some of them held good posts in government organizations, if it is not an economic factor or a matter of job, then what forced these youth to join militant ranks there are different factors like religious factors social factor and most important is psychological aspect

It’s like “when a person is not given the right to live his life he believes in ultimately he is going to become outlaw” same is the same with the youth of valley, its human nature to react against injustice, and particularly when you are brought up in an conflict ridden place, where you have only witnessed

Violence shutdown, curfew nights, night raids, where there is no freedom of speech, right to live with dignity and honor ,youth witnessing such circumstances find no better way to vent their emotions anger and end up taking arms

After the death of burhan wani a well known face in Kashmir no of youth have joined militant ranks, who are well educated from financially sound families due to continual harassment, innocent beating dishonor of family members by the hands of security agencies

Recently ubaid ahmad sofi from shopian meager 18 year old has joined militant ranks was preparing for NEET numerous such boys have joined rebellious lines

It’s high time for the authorities to look into the matter else it may prove catastrophic
