Say Hi To Racist You

DISCLAIMER : READ ARTICLE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AFTER READING THE ARTICLE YOU MAY GO INTO SELF ANALYSIS AND NOT BE ABLE TO FACE YOURSELF.

Racism is discrimination based on race. “Race is the classification of humans into groups based on physical traits, ancestry, genetics, or social relations, or the relations between them.” But in today’s world we all have limited ourselves to the belief that racism is discrimination on basis of skin color only. Apart from this we do not consider anything else as racism and simply overlook any other kind of discrimination. But the irony is that we have failed to register even the idea of racism on basis of skin color with us. Some of us do not even know that we are racist. We all know the idea of racism but we have comprehensively failed to apply this idea on us. We all are racist in some or the other way but have not realized this fact till now or we do not want to realize this fact. The biggest example of this is fairness creams. Fairness creams is the most visible example to prove that racism still exists. Or i should say that evil still dominates our market. A number of girls buy such products. My views are not to harm somebody’s sentiments and beliefs but if you think the reason behind buying such products , you will end up facing your ill beliefs that white is superior and black inferior. But have you ever thought why ? Have you ever tried to know that why we value white and not black ? Why is every good thing associated with the color white and every evil or bad thing associated with the color black ? To answer all these questions i would like to tell you all a short story.

There was a girl who was standing in the kitchen watching her mother wash chicken skin. Then her mother chopped off the top portion of the chicken skin. When she asked her mom that why did she chop off the top portion of the chicken despite knowing that the top part of the chicken is highly nutritious , her mom replied that her granny used to do so. The girl went up to her granny and asked the same question and her granny replied that her great granny used to do so. Fortunately the great grandmother of the girl was alive and so she went up to her and asked why do you chop off the top portion of the chicken ? Her great grandmother replied ” because my oven was small and the entire chicken could not fit in the oven”. Now here’s the catch – sometimes we do not know the reason behind some of our actions and blindly follows them simply because the actions were in practice from a very long time. Such actions may prove to be very dangerous.

I leave you all thinking whether you all will continue to chop off the chicken’s head or strengthen yourself by deriving the nutrition from that part.
