i am a girl. And I i really know what pad or sanitary napkins means to me. obviously i used them every month. i spot this. the sanitary napkin should be out of tax rates. i have heard and also read the articles on this issue.the comparison on girls need of sanitary napkin, and boys things like sheaving cream, and there all personal needs, like alcohol , etc etc, one thing let me clear you. that all things of boy use are not that important, but a sanitary napkins are important as well necessary, because what happen to girl. its not her choice. and one thing more i want talk about is, tampons , yes many girls don’t know about it.we should educate her more about tampons.
