private Banks are misleading and delivers pathetic customer experience

I m Harsh H Vora respected Indian citizen would like to enlighten you to my recent experience with @Kotakmahindhra @HDFC banks.

Kotak Mahindra :- Gave a complaint with regards to the bank account of my colleague the agent from the twitter support team calls up and denies to solve the problem,  moreover speak to me in very worse manner and then when i started escalating on twitter got a response from the apologizing on call asked her to provide a letter on my address, however no one got back to me till data and m being posting each and everyday but no response.

HDFC bank being a very reputed but have dropped their Services since some months, moreover they are not ready to resolve my issues of the past and even the present.

So please forward and help me solve my issue
