“Proud supporters of coffee, yoga and chilling”
If you thought social media trends are just a sick (pun intended) fad, think again.
Flexing their muscles (and gray cells), the students at VJTI college, Mumbai, have found a quirky way to promote the third International Yoga Day event – through the now-ubiquitous Mannequin Challenge!
Shot through one hot summer morning at the campus, the video features students posing as still as, well, mannequins, in several ‘asanas’, while the camera pans in and out of each one in focus, providing relevant information about each position.
The video ends with another set of students forming human alphabets to spell out the word ‘YOGA’.
Following the astounding success of their previous year efforts, and supporting PM Narendra Modi’s amazing initiative of International Yoga Day, in association with Isha Foundation,the Gymkhana of V.J.T.I College of Engineering holds its very own Yoga event on 21st June, 2017, starting 8:30am.
