Let us give her wings- Happy periods!

“Happy Periods”

 Give Her Wings To Fly

Do you know?

The biggest challenge in using sanitary napkins is affordability.

To combat this challenge, Aarna Foundation – Thane based NGO has launched a campaign called “Happy Periods” in which they will be distributing Free Eco-Friendly sanitary napkins to underprivileged females of India. This initiative was taken on account of Menstrual Hygiene Day, 2017 by Chinu Kwatra & Team.

As a part of this campaign, each female will be getting a packet of 7 pads and our goal is to help every female with a supply of 12 such packets which will last for 1 year.

After studying the facts and figures, the team of Aarna foundation wanted to change the current scenario which is going on in the rural part of our country by introducing sanitary napkins to underprivileged females because these sanitary napkins will give them hassle-free periods as well as it will be safe for their reproductive health.

Since sanitary napkins are made up of synthetic material which are non-degradable in nature thus having a negative impact on the environment, the team thought to introduce Eco-Friendly sanitary napkins for females which will not only protect them from skin irritation but also prevent environmental hazards.

Hence to make this campaign successful and to reach out to maximum people, Team Aarna foundation request you to support the campaign by the following ways:

Request you all to join us and help us in serving the needy girls and women who avoid using sanitary napkins due to financial reasons.

A little help from each one of u will help an under-privileged woman to have stress free periods. So let us give her wings to fly.
