The City of Nawabs is now enjoying a very modern title – The IT City of India. IT is competing with the well-established Bangalore, but, with the explosive growth of the IT sector and other industries in the country, there is ample space for both the cities to enjoy the title. Hyderabad, however, is attracting well-established brands and ISPs are working enthusiastically to keep the city and its residents connected at the fastest speeds without any interruptions whatsoever to keep title intact.

First choice for the world-famous corporations – It would be safe to say that the city is already a popular choice with multinationals setting up their offices in Asia and India. The finest example would be cab-aggergator – Uber Technologies Inc., chose the Deccan city for its service center, the first one in all of Asia. One of the most valued start-up in the world, Uber is not the only one – Apple Inc. the biggest and most renowned corporation of the world also chose this city as the place to set up its first development centre in the country. The story does not end there, the top cloud computing enterprise of the world, has adopted this southern city and is setting up its first ever center of excellence. These are just a few companies from the US and other parts of the world, increasingly coming to the city to set up centers, headquarters, etc.

Pool of talent – An education center with some of the best engineering college – IIT, IIIT, BITS-Pilani s gives all the brands setting up shop in Hyderabad access to some of the most talented engineers. New, fresh and absolutely some of the best brains in the country can be cherry picked by brands such as Amazon and Google, who are running the biggest warehouse and campus, respectively.

Gets the latest technology in a jiffy – An IT hub demands infrastructure and services that may or may not be offered to other cities/destinations/areas. It is therefore understood that Hyderabad, already called the IT hub in the country, requires the latest technology that an industry must offer. It comes as no surprise that every ISP in Hyderabad would offer its speediest broadband plans to the city. Of course, the speeds of the plans would be accompanied by uninterrupted connections to ensure seamless experiences for each local resident or professionals thronging this city for opportunities of growth.

Even the homes are internet dependent – Internet connectivity is required by all the people living here or choosing to visit it for a short time. After all, Internet dependent homes in a city are a hallmark of a city keeping pace with the digitalization of the country. A dependable service and value-added benefits such as wifi @ zero cost, free bonus data and unlimited local and STD calls from companies such as Airtel, not only enhance the value of a monthly plan, but also allow the globetrotters to stay connected at will without fear of disruptions. Considering the extent to which Internet is required for day-to-day functionalities, Internet dependent home and unlimited broadband plans will allow the city to retain its title for a long time.

Though the demonetization saw a sharp decline in the real estate prices, several national and international brands were attracted to the city for offering lower rates of real estate as compared to the its nearest counterpart, Bangalore. Add unlimited broadband plans in Hyderabad offers with speeds up to 100 Mbps and the investment-friendly policies of the new Telangana government to the city’s benefits, and it is not difficult to see why this beautiful, charming, old city is now a modern IT hub.
