In order to increase the overall vote counts , Govt. Should start an E-voting Scheme in which voting is just a click away as everyone is going smart these days with smart phones..So why not Smart voting!
And voting should be added as an important achievement in the curriculum vitae of the youth in both private and public sector recruitments.
Their will to get employed can inturn result in increasing the vote count in years to come.
