After the sleepless work by the Honorable President, Shihan Karate Thiagarajan & Honorable General Secretary, Shihan Bharat Sharma of KAI, the only federation of Sports Karate recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India the Indian Olympic Association – IOA has granted affiliation to Karate Association of India.
The stimulant is the best booster doze for the millions of players and Karate lovers of India, the latest development in sports karate happened by the sincere work of many Karate lovers of Karate Association of India.
Many teachers are still away from the main stream, they sincerely think that the traditional way of practicing Karate is enough, now experts believe that such trainers would also flow in to the sports stream of Karate in India. The Karate Association of India is already in to the international sports and many tremendous players from main stream even from 34 State/Province Members all over India along with SSCB, Army, ITBP, CRPF, Assam Rifles and many Police Forces as a Corporate Members.
After been affiliated by the IOA, the scope in the field of training and career is very high, the same is also the plus point for the lovers of Karate.
