If government could link EVM machines with Aadhar number, then Govt can identify individuals who have casted their vote. Govt can give special benefits to them in future like –
1. Special rebate in Income tax
2. Priority reservation in Railway berths.
3. Extra subsidy on subsidised goods.
4.etc
These are hypothetical things that doesn’t exist as of now, but if implemented it could surely and substantially raise the count of votes casted.
