Don’t be a procrastinator, Be a Dreamer: Akansha Mehta
Over the Centuries Uttarakhand has been famous for its Natural beauty of flora-fauna, mountains, treks and what not. But the state is not behind in producing talent as well.
Akansha Mehta is one of the leading anchors in Uttarakhand. Coming from a middle-class family this girl has made her way. She is active in the industry from past few years and been anchoring many great events like Mr. & Miss Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand talent hunt and much more on the list
According to a conversation, Akansha told that she had a glossophobia (Mic-Phobia) in first few years and how she overcomes it. She was never been, a procrastinator, she was a dreamer that is how it all started. She had a knack for being famous and was constantly struggling with it.
She started from a small party function in her town Haldwani and later on started projects from various outsourcing event companies. She has recently done events for Companies like Tata Motors, Hindustan, Gionee and much more.
She reveals that she had a tough time in training herself when there was no one to help or believe. There were times when she was not able to sleep and wakes up in the middle of the night thinking what would be her future finding herself all alone but still she carries herself like a Boss.
She used hand torch as Mic to practice. An achievement is not just luck there is a lot of practice, anxiety and many sleepless nights are hidden behind. There is a saying that “Sleepless nights are part of brain’s way of planning ahead and she was ready for it.
Akansha is currently living in Haldwani with her family. She says that every bit of her success is just because of her mother. Her mother was a constant support for her in all activities whether it is a signing of a contract or write a script. She was always there for her.
She seems truly inspired from her mother and further added that her mother is her voice. And why not to be inspired where in a country like India girl child are considered as a reprimand and she still believes in her to follow her dreams. Isn’t it Great?
Meanwhile, Akansha is also exploring her horizons in singing and dancing as well. She calls herself an all-rounder. By the end of August, She is launching her very own singing album as well. She is quite active on social media platform and tries to connect with her every friend or fans personally. We hope her career will glitter like stars. Kudos!
