Let’s say I voted for a party X in the election as I am not interested in party Y but the party to which I voted will go and support the party Y for two or three cabinet births or with some vested interest. This is disrespect to my vote hence the EC should not allow such combinations to take place. The party to which I voted should continue to take the rival position all the time. However if there is a prepoll alliance it is a different issue.
