All polling stations need to offer free WiFi to the people who come there. The biggest complaint I’ve heard from non-voting friends of mine is that waiting in line is too tedious a process. WiFi can make it more fun & tolerable. This concept can be extended further by partnering with all telecom operators to give 100MB free data to anyone who votes. Beyond this, the EC should also partner up with some hot & upcoming e-tailer companies such as Flipkart and Myntra. Anyone who connects to the polling booth WiFi should get promotional discount coupons of these e-tailers on their phones. This would work as an amazing reward for anyone who takes the efforts and time-off to vote.
