Ariyalur Student Anita Committed Suicide Who Filed A Case Against NEET. Anita is from Gulumur village near Ariyalur district. His father, Shanmugam, is doing working as labor in Gandhi market. Anita, from the poor family, received 1176 in the Higher Secondary exam. Her cut-off score was 196.5 out of 200. Anita’s gains 86 as a Cut-off in NEET out of 700. For Anita, who wanted to study medicine, the NEET is difficult to achieve her dream.
Nalini Chidambaram appealed to the Supreme Court that some students have filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a directive to conduct a consultation for medical studies in Tamil Nadu based on the NEET selection process. In this petition, Anita was an opposition candidate who is against NEET included in the petition. “If a medical seat is allotted on the NEET basis, I can able to achieve my dream to become a doctor. I will lose the dream, “Anita pleaded at the Supreme Court.
But, a medical counseling proceeds with NEET. Anita becomes hopeless that he committed suicide.
Anita’s suicide is tragic. Students should avoid such conclusions as suicide. ” says minister Vijaya Baskar.
