Capt. Vijayant Thapar is a name we all know of. He became a martyr during the Kargil war of 1999 and received the Vir Chakra posthumously. His family and friends know him as ‘Robin’, and in this video, his father, Retd Col V.N. Thapar reads the last letter, the final goodbye from his brave son.
