A lewd stare, a sly whistle, a well-timed clap, an unwarranted bump, a seemingly casual touch, a lingering look at a vulnerable time, cheap gestures, the humming of a suggestive song, passing downright rude comments, bikes flying close with hands stretched to grope you!! Yes, eve teasing can take any form. And the ways an eve teaser can harass a woman is surely endless!
Is it legitimate enough to eve tease a girl who chose to be independent ? And not be a part of the rat race every other girl is forced to run unwillingly underestimating her ability of take care of herself ! You tell her to cover up herself , not wear inviting clothes , to sound more girly , to ignore the chauvinist males who think they run the world by unnecessarily commanding women & silently accept whatever life throws at them when ever they are out alone be it in broad daylight or the darkest night.
Its 2017 or we can say 2k17 obviously thats what sounds more modern though ! But eve teasing isn’t modern in anyway. It only symbolises how mentally sick these useless sexually frustrated ‘MEN’ are. Every person be it men or women need to realise the ‘need of the hour’ & act towards making the world a better place not by teaching girls to accept their fate but by educating boys on respecting every women be it his sister or not.
