Amid speculations and meeting with Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on 21st September 2017 in Chennai. The situation is still not clear that Kamal Hassan will join AAP or he will launch his own party .
It was very important meeting after the indications by Kamal Hasan, that he is going to launch his own party. Arvind Kejriwal met with Kamal Hasan accompanied by other leaders including Sanjay Singh, Ashutosh and Somnath Bharti. They had lunch together at Haasan’s residence. In a joint press conference Kejriwal stated that, I am very happy that there are many people in the country who are honest and talking about communalism and Kamal is one them. Kejriwal added further and said we discussed about the situation of the country and the situation of Tamil Nadu. Kejriwal said Kamal Hassan should enter in the politics. AAP supremo Kejriwal also said that the super star has great integrity and lots of ideas.
In the same press conference Kamal Hassan said that he and CM have same thoughts, AAP has been fighting corruption. It is a big move by Arvind Kejriwal in South. Kamal Hassan continuously met with many top leaders. He criticised AIADMK. On the other hand Kamal Hassan indicates that he can also launch his own party. Kamal Hasan is super star of south India, He has millions of followers. The meeting with Delhi Chief Minister is a big decision after meeting it is very hard to say that Kamal Hassan is going to launch his own party, he will collaborate with AAM AADMI PARTY or he will be the face of AAP in south. No one revealed his plans.
