Prostitution is an age old tradition in India since ancient times, which is now upgraded. We always talk about women empowerment in the country. Have we ever spoke about empowering these unempowered souls? Yes there were many campaigns for condom ussage. But that was for spreading AIDS awarness, not for the prostitutes. What about their security, what about their right, what about educationg them, their children. A child of a prostitute is always considered a prostitute. They are here by chance not by choice. No one wants to sell their bodies. Everyone is not born with a silver spoon. Situations in life make you do many wrong things.
But for me always a question arises
Should prostitution be legalised or not?
