Salute Delhi Police, PCR staff saved life of a youth, drowning in chhawla drain

                                                    

New Delhi: On 29th Aug 2017 at about 1.06 PM a PCR call was received that a man had jumped into

Chhawla drain near Shani Mandir, BSF camp. Based on the phone call PCR van came in immediately and reached the spot

they found Aman drowning in Chhawla drain. In the meantime, the in charge of PCR

van ASI (Assistant sub inspector) Devender Kumar jumped into the drain by putting his life in danger and saved

the life of Victim Aman 21-year-old resident of Prem Nagar Najafgarh, New Delhi. Women

constable  Jyoti and ASI (Driver) Shyam Lal also joined the rescue operation and

helped Devender Kumar in saving the victim.There after, the PCR staff gave him CPR and took him to Rao Tula Ram Hospital for the Medical aid. An excellent Job was done by PCR team and ASI PCR in-Charge Devender Kumar. We should salute the brave police personnel ASI Devender Kumar and please share this story that people can understand Delhi police is always for the people.
