Why do we write ? It’s a bit of a mystery why we write. And yet, it’s no mystery at all. The best answer I received to this question was, “For my pleasure and satisfaction.”

So, to explore these stories “The Writers Hub Lucknow” took an initiative to provide a platform for young and talented storytellers in Lucknow. Recently, they organised their second session at Seize The Day cafe in Hazratganj, which received a positive response. The participants were so delighted to get an opportunity to share their poetry. to see the event being covered by Hindustan Times & Dainik Jagaran.

“In our first session we had only received 20 entries, maybe the audience loved our initiative that much that the numbers applying for this session rose to 65 entries, but due to the time consistency me and my team decided to limit the number to 28 performances, we had to unfortunately let the rest of the performers to turn into the audience section. And also  Ankush Singh, Co Founder of the Writers Hub Lucknow beautifully hosted the evening, so audience haven’t got back home disappointed.”
