While we fight for equality of girls, it is equally important to nurture both our son and daughter into wonderful independent human beings and not just a incapacitated person.
Every child has a dream, all of which may be not be accomplished, but why altogether stop them from dreaming. Why deny their basic happiness, education or activities?
This may be happening to a minor population of girls, but then they are humans too. If a girl child succeeds, she brings pride to her family, neighborhood, society, to the nation and to herself. Let us vow to make her fly high on this day of “International Girl Child Day” .
