Flexible cables are electrical cables that are specially manufactured to cope with tight bending radii and stress associated with the moving applications e.g. inside cable carriers. Owing to the increasing demand in industry of automation, these highly flexible items were developed with matchless features, which made it different from other usual cables. Construction of Wire

Stranded in Bundles – The bundled flexible cables are constructed uniquely that makes it more durable. They are manufactured with the help of technique where braided conductors are placed around tension proof center. Elimination of extra layers offers uniform radius bend to every conductor utilized in it. To avoid cores from untwisting, outer jacket is used. For braided cables, pressure filled jacket is better than extruded one since filling prevents wires from untwisting.
