Overriding the Humanitarian Impulses for Rohingyas

Rohingya Muslims pose a threat to India’s internal security and India must override its humanitarian impulses.
Illegal migration directly impacts security of any country.
There was a bomb blast at the main temple in Bodh Gaya. The person who was responsible for this terror attack spoke of it as a revenge for the atrocities against Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
Graves of Hindus found that are claimed to be killed by Rohingyas.
They may lead to insurgency and boost terrorism in this country.
Islamic Jihadists and Arakan Rohingyas Salvation Army (ARSA) attacked three border security posts in Myanmar.
Presence of Lashkar and ISIS in Rakhine.
Due to the lack of education and life security, they can be easily targeted and influenced for terror activities.
Economic concern
Burden to provide them food and space in the country.
People in all countries are sensitive if their government is perceived to be more concerned about some other country’s concern than to their own.
Chakma-Hajongs were residing in India since 1964 and were not granted citizenship till August 2017 (i.e. 5 decades).
India is not a signatory to the UN Refugee Convention.
Refugee is he who has officially applied for refuge in a country. If they claimed to be refugees, they would not have Adhaar and voter cards in India.
All these points presented above raises questions of grave internal security because firstly it indicates a planned secret support by beneficiary oragnisation to settle them in a particular area and secondly, that they are willing to illegally become Indian citizens and not remain official refugees.
