The concede cards for the examination can be downloaded from the UPSC’s site. The common administrations examination is directed yearly by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in three phases — preparatory, primary and meeting — to choose officers for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) among others.

“Any encroachments of these guidelines should involve disciplinary activity including restriction from future examinations,” the Commission said.
