Logistics is the set of means and methods necessary to carry out the organization of a company, or a service, especially distribution.

The point of sale logistics also touches other areas of sales, for example, marketing. In order to positively influence a customer, the PoS will be pleased to provide an attractive presentation of the goods.

Business Logistics – Definition:

Business logistics is all storage and movement that facilitates the flow of products from the point of purchase of the materials to the point of consumption. Also, it is the flows of information that are implemented, to give the consumer the right level of service at a reasonable cost.

Logistics is a part of SCM (Supply Chain Management). That strategies, controls, and implements the efficient and effective flow of materials and storage of products. Also, it is associated information from the point of origin to a point of utilization in order to meet the needs of consumers.

With the globalization of the economy, it is necessary to introduce the concept of logistics. It is because, among other things, economics is part of the thinking of consumers, creating new strategies between generators of cargo and reaching end customers.

  • Or the banner on the Internet.

The scope of Logistics covers the whole organization, from the management of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product. The aim of logistics administration is to coordinate all activities essential to achieve the preferred levels of service and excellence at the most economical rates possible. Expansion of the managerial vision is to turn logistics into a model, a framework, a mechanism for planning the internal and external activities of the company.
