Startups are now a days are a talk of town. After Mr. Prime Ministers initiative of Start Up India , every body around whether tech savvy or not is talking of doing something of his/her own, which is highly appreciable. Speaking of a city like Jammu where Startup culture is slowly building with less support of Govt. as well as Private/Angel investors , Coworking spaces are a boon for budding entrepreneurs who want to show to the world that YES WE CAN DO IT ON OUR OWN.
I started my entrepreneurship journey actually in the year 2013 and frankly speaking setting up of own business is tougher than clearing any IAS/KAS or for that matter any exam of Govt Job like JE/AE/Inspector/SSB/Medical officer etc. I think Jammuites can understand it better especially when our society is just stuck to a single question ki Ladka kya karta hai , Haanji ladka to doc hai ya JE/AE laga hai and much more!!!
When i quit my job and came back to Jammu , the biggest challenge was to establish my own office ( no matter what we do).Establishing a office with one or two rooms and with one or two employees was s biggest challenge wherein we have to arrange a office boy, Hi speed Wifi, Infrastructure facilities and a lot more (what to say of lonliness). However my story was over with more of negative feelings and less of positive feelings regarding setting up a office space.
Now a days we are finding the trend of working in a common space with people of different walks of life and with a different profession or completely mindset but working under a single roof and sharing their experiences and expressing their ideas. This is where the Coworking spaces came in to picture. There are huge benefits of Coworking Spaces , some of them are illustrated below:
