A sad truth about indian society. How some men have inflammed the right to live for women. I am not generalising every men, because every men isnt same. Infact some men helps you to restore your faith in humanity. But there are also others, where you start thinking about the devil. A sneak peak of what happens around us.
Some Men: if you love me, youll allow me to take next big step into our relationship. But if you get pregnant by any chance I’ll slut shame you.
Some Men: Its okay to have many girlfriends but there is nothing wrong in that, after all I am a guy. Even my parents wont say a thing.
Some men: Its okay to get drunk and lie to your wife or girlfriend going to sleep with another woman but I am not a cheater.
Some Men: its okay to have one night stand with many girls, afterall i am a dude. Its appropriate for me to do so. Thats how I maintain my image. But i am not a whore.
Some men: if a girl raises her voice against me or contradict me in any debate, i raise questions regarding her dignity. A girl shouldnt raise voice or contradict men.

As sad it is, but it is the bitter truth of our society. Not every men are same but those who are actually the sick retarded perverts have crossed every limit just to prove how superior they are and how male patriarchy is still evident in India. And they are the reason why girls, though as much as we talk about women empowerment and saving a girl child, it would be a futile attempt if males like these happen to be present. We are surrounded by many people. And its okay if we’ve different thought processes. Infact its healthy if we’ve, so as to encourage different type of ideas. But with thinking like this, its venomous for the betterment of the society. And as citizens who’ve made this society not the vice versa, we should be more competent in avoiding in avoiding this behemoth. A simple step with punishing the offenders and harassers shall create a sense of fear amongst those who share the same thinking. And a quick process in justice will ensue more trust of people amongst judiciary.
