The movie Padmavati, which was to relase this weekend, will now release in the next year. From the time the shooting of the movie has started it has been embroiled with controversies. Recently, the Karni Sena and various other Political leaders and issued open threats to the Director and the lead Actors. For some strange reason, i find the entire situation pretty Ironical.
1.The Karni Sena and other groups obiviously have a lot of time and money, when they want to protect the honour of a Queen who no longer is alive but definately turn a blind eye when a young woman is raped every day.
2. None of these so called protectors of the society came forward to protect the honour of an ordinary woman, when someone threw Acid on her face in public place.
3. These so called Moral Police and Protectors always found ways to blame the victim and shame the victim, whenever she was a victim.
Dear Social Protectors, if you really want to protect the honour of women and the society, then please offer Rs.10 Crore to shave the head of these men.

If you really want to protect the honour of Rani Padmavati,
then protect the present day women,
so that they are not forced to accept Jauhar to protect their honour.
