Recently I was associated with an event named Leadership Funnel introduced by magnificent speaker, Dr. Vivek Bindra. The event went around on dispersing know-hows of business complexities to enlighten the business skills and competencies of the audience. I felt very opportunistic to be a part of such an inspirational Leadership Funnel program of Dr. Vivek Bindra- Asia’s Top Leadership coach, who is a great motivational orator. This point has come with a new transformation in my life. He paved a directional path for me with his core excellence in business mantras and leadership coaching.The speaker has come up with valuable key takeaways and business concepts which generally focused on entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders. The session was very interesting and conversant which kept all the participants enthralled. In generic perspective, the Leadership Funnel program supports an individual in grasping lot of key learnings for a business no matter be it a startup or an established one.
Moreover I found the content of Leadership Funnel quite insightful and thought provoking carried with practical oriented learning approach in perspective with today’s world. It would be worth mentioning here few pointers about the session. The session was commenced with various conceptual frameworks in its full swing focusing on our belief system, (an expression in terms of feeling of certainty, permanence, assurance, opinion or an interpretation of mindset), attitude personification, strategic ideas for result orientation, how to create one direction of working, leadership qualities, talent progression and lot more.
The mentor has concentrated on building a strong mindset which drives an individual personality looking forward to achieve their desired goals. I truly admiredthe thoughtful impression given by speaker on belief system,“Keep the three pillars – pillars of reference, interpretation and action”. A proper visionary approach and a good belief system is the key foundation to everything. After getting through with few more conceptual knowledge the session was followed by few practical case studies like Nokia, Reliance Jio and Airtel shadowed with proper research base who gavea true picture and justification of concepts.
Another point which makes me feeling astonished was the vastness in reviving and invigorating quotes and majesty of beautiful punch lines referred by the speaker in programme. Just on an exemplary note take a look on couple of thoughts, “When you change the way you look at the things, the things you look at they change”, “One focused resolution will bring revolution” and lot more. Content enrichment with such captivating and encouraging thoughts acts as a booster for the people in developing the right perception towards their desired motives.
Apart from other engaging aspects, the overwhelming moment for me was to have a good quality time during various Question-Answers rounds, with Dr. Vivek Bindra, which gave me a composed feeling of gratification. It is must to mention here that whenever Dr. Bindra is in charge he charged everybody.I am truly looking forward to have a healthy relationship with Global ACT and their Business Coaches, which would definitely be going to have a worthwhile investment for me in future altogether. I deeply admire the initiative taken by Dr. Vivek Bindra and hoping to have a good call towards more industrialization and employment generation for our Indian economy.
