India is a country of vast diversity and there are so many religions. India of 21st Century has survived because if its secularism. The country does not have any official religion.
The recent case of Love Jihad gives us a classsic example of how some people are using thé concept of majoritarinism. What we need to understand is that if a girl falls in love with a Muslim man, it is not Love Jihad but simply because of love. Thé problem is that the state Government does not take any strict action against the people involved, so that it doesnt hamper their votebank. In most of the cases it has been found that these people have association with Hindu fanatic groups like VHP, etc.
Raje’s performance has been infact very bad. Her Government has failed miserably .The Governement needs to protect the interests of people who belong to minority group. Remember, Hinduism is different from Hindutva.
