Never give up

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right and forget the ones who don’t.
And believe
that everything happens for a reason….
if you get a chance – take it;
if it changes your life – let it.
Nobody said that it would be easy….
they just promised it would be worth it.
Discomfort is a great thing. this may sound harsh, but if you look back ever your shoulder you will find out that the strongest and most memorable lessons came from failures and negative experiences.
We have heard comments like “it sounds hard, I’m too tired for it etc.” several times from people who thought their lives were good enough. The thing is, deep down inside they know they are not satisfied. They are scared. They are scared to push their limits, to be the strongest version of themselves. They are scared of failures and discomfort and they live their lives half powered . Our brain is a tricky creature – whenever you try to do something different from your daily routine, it says STOP. An invisible handbrake pulls your mind and you continue to repeat your routines – not changing your life at all.
A man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg . No chains no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from the bond but for some reason they did not. He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. The trainer said “well when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”
The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?
Failure is part of learning ; we should never give up the struggle of life.
