This is the time of year when we are about to enter in a new year. And like everytime, many of us will be planning parties and resolutions to be made.
I hope the coming year will bring required changes in the society and thought process of the people. People will understand that periods don’t make a woman impure. It is a normal body process of females. And therefore, unnecessary restrictions won’t be imposed on women. Also, people will understand that it is okay to use words like breats and sex and there is no need of making them a taboo.
Loving someone and love marriages do not offend our Indian culture. Infact, we’ve learned to spread love since childhood.
Also, India stands for unity in diversity and not division on on the basis of caste, culture and religion.
I hope the society will change. Slowly, but will.
