After the Modi government arises the youths of the nation are getting many facilities from the government. Since the year 2014, the government is sincerely working to improve the standard of the people in the country. Especially they work on providing employment opportunities to the young people. For the young entrepreneurs who are looking to start their own business rather than any other job, the government has planned a start-up India scheme last year.

The central government has allocated a large amount of money for this scheme to promote the innovative products of the entrepreneurs.  The government currently is going to launch another scheme to encourage the young generation of the nation are not having proper skills. This scheme was named as Pradhan Mantri Youth Yojana(PMYY). This scheme is to provide skill developing class to the unskilled persons and it provides best learning and skill developing programmes. This will help them to have a better future.

Key Features Of The PMYY Scheme:

• This amazing scheme will be launched by the central government on 9th November 2016. This launching will take place at the national conference which was held by the Ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship.
• This PMYY scheme is mainly for the young entrepreneurs who are not having proper development skills. Through this scheme, they will able to know about the skill development programmes as well as learning facilities.
• The first phase of this scheme will be proposed to have a tenure of 5 years and there are over 3000 colleges, schools, and other educational institutions in the country. So, there are more applicants to be benefited from this scheme for the next five years.
• There are approximately 2200 higher educational institutions that include colleges, premier institutions and universities, 500 ITI’s, 300 schools and 50 centers for entrepreneurship and skill development under this PMYY scheme.
• This scheme will also help the emerging entrepreneurs to get a link with the mentor networks as well as information. It also supports the unique as well as way-out features for the young entrepreneurs.
• The concerned schools and colleges, as well as other institutions, will provide online training procedures. This provides an easy way for the trainees to get their study materials.
• The lab guidelines under this scheme are made to be declared by the MSDE. Though the scheme is implemented in 50 skill development institutions, the labs in each institution will have proper maintenance to train the trainees. The trainers in these institutions will also have a look at the job profiles of the trainee to develop their skills in every sense.
• The young entrepreneurs trained in this scheme will be awarded by MSDE for their contribution to the growth of the assets in the economy and this ceremony will take place on 16th January of 2017.

Objectives Of This Excellent Scheme:

• This scheme mainly focuses on encouraging the young generation and this scheme also prepares the young Modi to compete with the global. In the implementation of the start-up scheme, it is observed that many young entrepreneurs don’t have an idea about the business. Most of them don’t have proper skills in their relevant field. So to make them well trained in their relevant skills and development the MSDE has launched this scheme to provide proper guidance.
• This scheme is actually for the young people who are well educated but doesn’t have any skill to compete with the world. After completing this training process that guided under the MSDE, they will definitely reach greater heights and excellent growth in a quick manner.
• The award which will be provided under this scheme is to motivate the young people who contribute much to the better growth of the Indian economy. The age of these young people are found to be below 30 and who brought many new innovative ways to improve the entrepreneur ecosystem of the nation.

Launch, Funding And The Benefit Of The Scheme:

• The MSDE Mr. Rudy who is the minister of the state has announced this amazing scheme on the national conference. This was held on November 9, 2016 and the official launch date is also the same.
• The first phase of the scheme will be over a span of five years and the budget allocated for the next five years of this scheme was about 499.94 Crores. These funding will be allocated by both the state as well as central government.
• This Pradhan Mantri Yuva Yojana scheme is mainly for the young people of the nation. Till now the eligibility has not desired but the only criteria are the person should be below the age of 30.

Advantages Of This PMYY Scheme:

• The most common as well as biggest issue in the economy of the nation is the imbalance that takes place between the GDP and employment. Many people who are well educated and having eligibility still remains unemployed. Every new government always promises to solve this issue after comes to power but they didn’t fulfill that.
• After the modi government came into power, Modi makes it possible by launching start-up India scheme which allows people to start a business on their own without looking out for the jobs.
• This PMYY scheme also follows the startup india scheme. Though the startup india scheme enables people to start their own business, the PMYY scheme helps the young people to get well developed in their relevant field by providing training for developing their skills. This training helps them to start their own business.
• The young people in the country are encouraged and motivated to give their contribution to the growth as well as cash inflow of the Indian economy. They will also be provided with training to know as well as learn their skills in a better way.

The government is now expecting the young entrepreneurs of the first phase of this scheme to get motivated and to improve their skills in the entrepreneurial pursuits. So that they can inspire others to improve their skills to become a part of the entrepreneurship ecosystem to improve it even further to achieve great heights.
