lets not blame our education system we produced several engineers last few decades and They proved as master engineers
Its problem with institutions and our examination methods to award certifications with out auditing their ability
Lets all work to plug such issues and produce only quality engineers
1- Industries must collaborate with education institutions and standardisation of education based on industrial skill and knowledge requirements
2- industrial expert must teach some of practical knowledge to upgrade teaching staff
3- Need to create engineering leaders for upgrading our engineering industry like smart phones
