The title of the book clearly speaks about the book i.e. Company Working of Mechanical Engineer Freshers. Here, Mechanical engineer i.e. author Mr. Akshay Narendra Kasar is trying to explain or help all the students preparing Diploma or Degree course in Mechanical Engineering.

The purpose of this book is to clear the concept that confuses Mechanical Engineers who are either appearing for the final year or searching for a job in the market. Also, the author has introduced the actual company working i.e. Training Awareness which is given to trainee engineer after joining the company, related documents, concepts and all manufacturing processes, basic knowledge about Instruments and gauges. Also, it gives the information about frequently asked questions in interview i.e.

Author also wants to ask simple questions to all the fresher i.e. do you know that approximately there are 21 types of departments in the company, out of these 21, 16 departments recruits mechanical engineer. But students know about only Design department, Production department, and Quality department. It means students don’t have awareness about remaining 12 to 13 departments which will also recruit the mechanical engineer. Thus, the author has been introduced all the technical departments and their work responsibility which will help them to choose the department at the beginning of the industrial journey.  To resolve these difficulties or to make your resume or profile, stronger and different from the other you must refer to this book as it will surely help.
