In order to fix the brain you must start first with the heart. The heart is fed everything the brain sends to it. So if years of hate, anger, negativity, resentment, and greed have festered and lived there, you’ll never get it fixed right until all that is removed from heart, and the heart is made new. Once new the brain can be repaired with new thinking and ideas.Thinking that is wholesome based on principles and goodness. We are our thoughts. So we need to be selective and cautious as to what we take in. Once something takes root into our hearts it will control us. May it be for the good and not the bad. And if we see cause for concern it’s urgent we put up the under repair sign and get to fixing the issue quickly.”
